Abstract

In Kuta Lombok tourist destination, adequate supporting facilities are needed, one of which is public toilets, public toilets which are an important part of the needs of tourists, for that we need good maintenance needs to provide a sense of comfort for tourists. The purpose is to find out the management of public toilets in the tourist attraction of central Lombok Lombok and the management of public toilet management. Data collection methods are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of research conducted on public toilets in the tourist attraction of Kuta Lombok are still not running optimally. This is evident that there are still toilets that do not meet hygiene and sanitation standards. In its management there needs to be a close collaboration between the government and the community so that the management of public toilets goes well. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the management of public toilets in the tourist attraction of Kuta Lombok is not going well.

Abstract

Research on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for Empowerment of ex-female migrant worker (TKW Purna) based on UMKM as part of the excellent program of CSR’s Pertamina RU VI Balongan, Indramayu, West Java Province. This activity program is motivated by the conditions of community in Indramayu as the second largest region in Indonesia female migrants worker (TKW) abroad who have also contributed to the number of total female migrant workers (TKW) which has an impact on the high rate of productive unemployment which is not matched by the availability of employment. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method through interviews, field notes and documentation. The results showed that the empowerment of ex-female migrant worker (TKW Purna) based on UMKM was carried out through mentoring activities, creating Joint Entrepreneur Group (KUB) “Hawa Kreasi”, financial assistantship, p-irt certification and package branding, entrepreneurship management training and marketing activities. The succeeded of these activities program is supported by factors that support activities including: resources, communication, and organizational structures that influence and strengthen each other.

Abstract

Quality Service Of Making Family Card In Mekarmukti Of Garut. Problem in this research is Mekarmukti employee which not maximal in serving the community especially in making family card as mandated in the constitutional number 25 of 2009 about public service. There are residents which does not care about the importance of having family card, retardation of employee in making family card, less of facilitation in Mekarmukti make the process of making family card was delayed. Research method which used in this research is descriptive qualitative which used interview, study documentation, and obsevation as the technique of collecting data. Data which used in this research is primary data and secondary data with Mekarmukti goverment such as the chief of village, society which chosen by technique of determination informant purposive sampling as the subject of research. Result of this reseach is: the quality service in Mekarmukti already appropriate to the procedure but the facilities in Mekarmukti is the reason why the service is delayed.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Setiling merupakan destinasi wisata dengan atraksi wisata alam dan budaya. Suguhan utama dari desa wisata ini adalah adanya perpaduan menarik dan kaya makna tradisional yang disajikan dalam bentuk sinergitas antara nuansa pedesaan yang tenang dengan budaya lokal masyarakatnya. Desa wisata ini mengalami banyak kemajuan semenjak dibentuknya Pokdarwis batu Rejeng. Perkembangan atraksi wisata ini mampu menarik lebih banyak wisatawan, terbukti jumlah wisatawan yang tiap bulannya terus meningkat. Peran Pokdarwis yang nyata terlihat pada proses perencanaan, implementasi rencana, pengelolaan atraksi wisata dan mengevaluasi kegiatan wisata di Desa Wisata Setiling dengan melibatkan pihak ketiga termasuk didalamnya masyarakat setempat selaku aktor yang berpengaruh. Kerja sama yang baik antara Pokdarwis dengan beberapa stakeholder inilah yang memperkuat eksistensi atraksi wisata dengan mengembangkan kualitas dan kuantitas program atraksi wisata guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Analisis linguistik historis komparatif merupakan sebuah pendekatan dalam mengetahui hubungan kekerabatan antara satu bahasa dengan bahasa lainnya. Pendekatan analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetehaui seberapa dekat satu bahasa dengan bahasa yang dibandingkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dalam bentuk leksikon-leksikon bahasa Bali dan bahasa Sasak yang berhubungan dengan pohon kelapa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dalam pemerolehan datanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bali dan Sasak (NTB) tidak hanya secara geografis berdekatan, tetapi kedua bahasanya juga berkerabat satu dengan lainnya. Hal ini dibuktikan dari adanya kesamaan perbendaharaan kata dalam ruang lingkup ekoleksikon kenyiuran. Abstract

Perancangan media promosi untuk memperkenalkan desa sintung sebagai desa wisata sesuai dengan citra visual yang ingin ditampilkan desa wisata tersebut yang mengusung wisata alam membutuhkan peran penting masyarakat yang ada didesa tersebut. Community based tourism (CBT) menjadi sebuah konsep yang penting untuk mewujudkannya, dimana masyarakat secara bersama-sama membangun dan mengelola pariwisata dengan menggali potensi yang mereka miliki dan juga potensi yang dimiliki desa atau wilayahnya sehingga peningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan menanggulangi kemiskinan melalui perencanaan sektor pariwisata. Dalam proses pembuatan media promosi desa wisata sintung ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode DesignThingking, sehingga natinya menghasilkan beragam desain yang sesuai dengan potensi wisata yang ada di desa tersebut.

Abstract

Bahwa penegakan hukum berdasarkan Undang-Undang nomor 32 Tahun 2009 Tentang Perlingdungan dan Pengelolaan Lngkungan Hidup Dalam Perspektif Tindakan Pidana. Adapun pencemaran lingkungan bisa berakibat fatal bisa sakit dan bisa mati akibat adanya pencemaran lingkungan selain itu juga dapat mengganggu kebebasan hak orang lain dalam menikmati lingkungan hidup. penegakan hukum dalam konteks pidana adalah solusi terbaik guna mengingatkan siapapun akan ditindak dengan sanksi pidana bila ada melakukan pecemaran ingkungan. Abstract

Domestic Violence (domestic violence) had become a commonagenda in recent decades. Facts show that domestic violence disproportionatelyaffects large enough for children as victims. Violence against children is not a rarecase in the community. Children have been taught since childhood to be obedientand disobedient to parents in a violent manner. Parents in applying discipline to achild does not always pay attention to the existence of the child as a human being,a child is given the rules of the parents who do not appreciate the rational andwithout the presence of a child with all of his rights, such as the right of childrento play. The research that have done is a normative research of law which isfocused on the norm and also the object of law as the main data, they getting fromrule and books that consist of the rule, that had to fine the truth from the researchthat have done. The writter made a research in DIY Police. The result of this studywere: (1) Implementation of legal protection of children as victims of domesticviolence can be done in two ways, namely the efforts of non-penal and penaleffort. Non-penal effort done by a preemptive and preventive, while the effortsmade by the penal repressive actions by the police DIY after psychologicalviolence within the domestic sphere occur and are reported to the police.(2)Constraints faced by the police in the implementation of the legal protection ofchildren as victims of psychological violence in the household, namely: (a) Thedifficulty of finding strong evidence of a child victim of psychological violence,in this case the question is about how to form of psychological violence. (b) Thedifficulty to distinguish children who are experiencing emotional violencecommitted by family members in a household setting. A child who isexperiencing violence usually has a psychological fear to reveal the problems theyexperienced as a result of the act of the perpetrator. (c) The number of childvictims of psychological violence to the people who shut themselves in theirenvironment and also includes the police or to Child Protective Services. (d) Thedelay in the reports of family members in household, and also includes reportsfrom neighbors who saw or hear direct actions and words of the perpetrators ofsuch violence
